Two Designers One Story
Lauren and Jaimie met at Kindergarten dropoff where their two boys became quick best friends. Little did they know that they both shared a love for interior design, their families, their homes and a great sense of humour.
Both owned sole proprietorships but, after many years working alone, they decided to team up.
That's when Lauren & Jaimie Design Co began.

Jaimie Lippitt
Interior Designer
Jaimie lives in Okotoks with her husband, 3 children and dog, Oscar. From jet-setting as a flight attendant to nurturing a family as a stay-at-home mom, Jaimie has always had an eye for beauty and detail. Her journey into interior design began with the renovation of her own home, where she discovered a deep passion for transforming everyday spaces into something extraordinary.
Today, Jaimie brings that same heart and creativity into every project she takes on. She specializes in creating beautiful, thoughtful corners in your home. With a focus on natural and organic elements, her design style feels effortlessly elegant, grounded, and deeply personal.
After graduating from IDI in 2020 Jaimie started her own business helping clients room by room as well as full remodels. In 2023 Jaimie and Lauren decided to collaborate and they aren’t sure why they didn’t do this sooner!
Whether you're looking to refresh a single room or reimagine your entire home, Jaimie is dedicated to helping you fall in love with your space all over again. When she’s not designing, you’ll find Jaimie staying active—whether she's at the gym, hiking, skiing, or cheering from the sidelines as a proud soccer and cheer mom.
Lauren Bennett
Interior Designer
Lauren lives on an acreage in Okotoks with her husband, three children, and friendly bernedoodle named Janice.

Lauren went from preschool teacher to a stay at home mom to interior designer. She plays volleyball on a local women's league, works out, gets outside, hikes, and stays active almost every day. This active lifestyle is probably to compensate for her sweet tooth, time spent sitting at the computer creating beautiful designs, and hours spent driving her kids to and from sports (mainly basketball and football but also everything in between).
Building a home from the ground up for her family is what sparked her love for design and her desire to become an IDI graduate. Since then, she has mainly aided clients building new homes or full home renovations for over 7 years. Her love for organic textures, stunning textiles, rich tones, layers, as well as functional flow permeates into her designs.
